Digital Indiana Announces 2019 Dates for Digital Toolbox Conference

Indianapolis, Indiana (September 16, 2018) — After a successful inaugural event, Digital Indiana announces the conference will return to the University of Indianapolis on Aug 14, 2019 at the University of Indianapolis Health Pavilion from 1:00 – 5:30 PM.
The half-day conference designed to meet the needs of business owners and marketing professionals is filled with practical tactics and real-world advice from people who use these tools every day.
“Digital marketing offers business owners of all sizes a chance to make a big impression in the marketplace,” said Lorraine Ball, of Roundpeg. “When it comes to marketing resources for non-technical business owners, such as home services, small retail stores, restaurants, and professional services we felt there is a gap in the Indianapolis market. We created this conference to fill that gap,” she added.
Surveys by Small Business Trends, Blue Corona, Roundpeg and others find the majority of small business owners are using digital media, plan on dedicating more resources, but rarely have a specific plan or performance measures tied to results.
“As the online space has become central to connecting with customers, digital media has become more complex,” said Jennifer Riley Simone, Owner, Fresh Figs Marketing. “Business owners will leave this conference understanding the intricacies of effective digital marketing, therefore allowing them to be more strategic in their approach and see better results,” she concluded.
